Sunrise Tropical Resort Railay Beach, Railay Beach

The resort had its highlights, like the serene atmosphere and some well-maintained areas, making it a pleasant escape. However, we faced significant discomfort with the poor service, especially on arrival and during dining. Additionally, the room issues were concerning, taking away from an otherwise nice vacation.

The hotel has stunning gardens and is teeming with wildlife, making for a beautiful atmosphere. While the reception staff was friendly, the dining room staff could be a bit grumpy at times. The proximity to gorgeous beaches is a highlight, but the noise from the nearby pier detracted from the overall tranquility. The dining options are limited due to the lack of alcohol and pork, but the hotel is reasonably priced overall.

My stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. The water supply was inconsistent, which is basic for any hotel. The location is decent, close to beaches and shops, but some areas need renovations. While my room was spacious and clean, the service needs improvement, especially with communication. Overall, it’s not worth the money given the problems I encountered.
